Beware The Wolf

Beware the legend.
Beware the wolf.

Valerie (Seyfried) is a beautiful young woman torn between two men. She is in love with a brooding outsider, Peter (Fernandez), but her parents have arranged for her to marry the wealthy Henry (Irons). Unwilling to lose each other, Valerie and Peter are planning to run away together when they learn that Valerie's older sister has been killed by the werewolf that prowls the dark forest surrounding their village. For years, the people have maintained an uneasy truce with the beast, offering the creature a monthly animal sacrifice. But under a blood red moon, the wolf has upped the stakes by taking a human life. Hungry for revenge, the people call on famed werewolf hunter, Father Solomon (Oldman), to help them kill th
e wolf. But Solomon's arrival brings unintended consequences as he
warns that the wolf, who takes human form by day, could be any one of them. As the death toll rises with each moon, Valerie begins to suspect that the werewolf could be someone she loves. As panic grips the town, Valerie discovers that she has a unique connection to the beast--one that inexorably draws them together, making her both suspect...and bait.

---------------------------------

While my friends and I were watching, we got so engrossed in identifying who the werewolf was. We were arguing back and forth. Each had a different guess. The funny thing was that our guesses changed from one to another to another everytime a new
scene comes out. Speculations
about who the main man was brought out hype from within us. We had our final guesses.... and then we were WRONG. Hahaha! The answer was completely unexpected. Oh, fate. EPIC FAIL.

So friends - Samie poo, Reine, Ste, Catol, Lara, Deo, and Sofia- we should just shut our mouths
next time, dontcha think? ;))

Bring On the Heat

Today is officially the beginning of another exciting Sum--no, BREAK ONLY. It can't be summer yet - with all these scattered rainfalls, cold temperature, and the smell of dampness the wet season brings. But who cares? I mean, schools are ever. Hello! Surviving the exams was a relief. Imagine studying 4 quarters of stacked lessons...Anyway, another school year has gone by and a new chapter of our lives will start soon. Junior year was unexplainable, actually. The family I belonged to this year was a raffle box - a mix of personalities. We've been through a lot, things I've never encountered before. But at the end of the day it all leads to an unforgettable ending. I enjoyed my 3rd year life or rather my social life (HAHA) All the tears, lol moments, petty fights, and memories will always be a part of me, of my humanity.

Thank you, ST. PETER. :)
